Intro – Introduction into the work we will be studying over the 10 week course

Week 2 Thursday 16th August 18:00 – 20:00

People figures – Learning how to make people figurines including hands, feet, faces, hair and clothes.

Week 3 Thursday 23rd August 18:00 – 20:00

People figures week 2 – People figures continued

Week 4 Thursday 30th August 18:00 – 20:00

Sugar Fairies – Using the techniques learnt from the previous week we will be creating delicate sugar fairies.

Week 5 Thursday 6th September 18:00 – 20:00

Wired flowers,roses & leaves – This week we will be making wired roses and leaves using sugar paste.

Week 6 Thursday 13th September 18:00 – 20:00

Wired flowers week 2 – Wired roses continued..finishing techniques and taping together.

Week 7 Thursday 20th September 18:00 – 20:00

Pastilage work – -Working with pastilage to make various structures including a delicate box and a miniature church.

Week 8 Thursday 27th September 18:00 – 20:00

Pastilage continued – Piecing together the structures and finishing techniques inc piping and painting and making chocolate truffles.

Week 9 Thursday 4th October 18:00 – 20:00

Demonstration week – Demonstration of a fairy castle from start to finish (Don’t forget your cameras!)

Week 10 Thursday 11th October 18:00 – 20:00

Icing & finishing your shaped cake – Icing and decorating your very own fairy castle to take home with you.

This course is priced at £300 which can either be paid in full upon booking or alternatively £150 upon booking and £150 on the 5th class.Payment can be paid by coming into the shop or contacting us on 01617550699 where payment can be paid via card.
