Week 1 Thursday 16th February 18:00 – 20:00

Intro, teddy bears – Discussion over the work that will be done over the ten week course.

Week 2 Thursday 23rd February 18:00 – 20:00

Icing dummies & finishing techniques – This week you will be icing a dummy cake & board.Finishing with a frill and a sugarpaste rope technique.

Week 3 Thursday 1st March 18:00 – 20:00

Flowers, roses & carnations – This week you will learn how to make sugar roses,sugar carnations and sugar leaves.

Week 4 Thursday 8th March 18:00 – 20:00

Jungle animals – Making sugar paste models of jungle animals including lion, monkey, crocodile, elephant and giraffe.

Week 5 Thursday 15th March 18:00 – 20:00

Piping techniques – Piping techniques, learning about different nozzles and their uses.Learn how to pipe messages.

Week 6 Thursday 22nd March 18:00 – 20:00

Cupcakes – This week you will be piping and decorating novelty cupcakes.

Week 7 Thursday 28th March 18:00 – 20:00

Flower basket – This week you will make a sugar basket and fill it with flowers learnt in a previous lesson.

Week 8 Thursday 5th April 18:00 – 20:00

Sugar figurines – Sugar figurines, kittens, puppies and themed bears.

Week 9 Thursday 12th April 18:00 – 20:00

Icing & finishing a cake – This week you will be icing a cake and decorating it using all the techniques learnt over the past weeks.

week 10 Thursday 19th April 18:00 – 20:00

Suggestion week – you take over! This is where we get to learn techniques you have suggested in Week 1.

This course is priced at £300 which can either be paid in full upon booking or alternatively £150 upon booking and £150 on the 5th class.Payment can be paid by coming into the shop or contacting us on 01617550699 where payment can be paid via card.
