Coronation Street star bill Roache had his cake and ate it yesterday as he was presented with a special 80th birthday treat , with a cake on ITV ‘This Morning’ show that was created by us!!

His friends at Granada also comissioned a special cake that we created for this occasion.

- A mixture of animals throughout the day out of sugarpaste.

Throughout the day you will learn how to

- Carve and Ice a baby shaped cake

-Decorate and finish your baby(facial features, hair etc)

- Ice the board and create a teddy bear to sit next to your baby

-Baby blocks

- Piping a message

- Carve and ice a castle shaped cake
- Decorate the cake to look like a castle
- Learn how to make a character that will be placed on the castle
- Finishing techniques (wires and baby blocks)
